Design, build, and operate TypeScript microservices and integrations that run the billing lifecycle, including payment and CRM integrations, event-driven workflows, entitlement enforcement, provisioning pipelines, admin tooling, testing, on-call incident response, and mentoring engineers to ensure reliable, auditable financial workflows.

Build and maintain scalable search, notification, and audit-logging backend services. Design and implement MCP tools, optimize performance and reliability, write well-tested Go code, collaborate on product requirements, mentor junior engineers, participate in on-call rotation, and contribute to platform architecture and roadmap.

Lead and manage cross-functional cybersecurity programs across OCISO, define KPIs, prioritize and deliver technical solutions, ensure compliance with security frameworks (ISO, PCI, FedRAMP, NIST), mitigate risks, and present technical issues and resolutions to leadership while collaborating with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
