Teams at Knotch

Lead QA strategy and automation across Knotch’s products, building scalable testing frameworks, API validation, CI/CD integrations, coverage metrics, and AI feature evaluation. Manage offshore QA staff, hire a US-based team, perform manual and performance testing, investigate root causes, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve quality and release confidence.

Own commercial strategy and senior stakeholder relationships across enterprise accounts. Drive renewals, pricing, expansions, product adoption, forecasting, and multi-quarter pipeline growth. Build account plans tied to measurable business outcomes, lead executive conversations, and position Knotch as a strategic marketing technology partner. Collaborate with Customer Success, Consulting, Finance, Product, and leadership to align commercial strategy with delivery, roadmap considerations, and customer priorities.

Build and maintain features across a real-time AI-generated React application and a mature React analytics platform. Responsibilities include component systems, streaming UI contracts, multi-tenant theming, customer embeds, accessibility, testing, performance, data visualization, and API collaboration. The role requires independent ownership, clear technical writing, mentoring, and effective work across established and greenfield codebases.
