Provide inclusive, personalized customer experiences in a retail store by understanding customer needs, recommending products, supporting fitting-room confidence, meeting sales KPIs, maintaining visual standards, and contributing to store operations. The role requires flexibility, teamwork, initiative, product knowledge, and comfort handling customer interactions, objections, and a fast-paced sales environment.

Provides first-line technical support for HQ employees and 23 retail locations, troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, connectivity, and AV systems. Manages user accounts, IT inventories, documentation, security policies, hardware deployments, network upgrades, and software evaluations. The role also supports IT projects, testing, system deployments, disaster recovery, employee training, and ongoing monitoring for vulnerabilities and security improvements.

Leads store shifts, coaches team members, drives sales and retail KPIs, delivers exceptional customer experiences, maintains visual standards, oversees inventory and shipments, and ensures compliance with POS, loss prevention, health, and safety procedures. Works as leader-on-duty, opening and closing the store while fostering an inclusive, high-energy environment.
