Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Analyze creative performance, perform daily optimizations and budget checks, build ads, conduct QA, and partner with Creative, Site, Data, and Finance teams to drive acquisition and improve campaign effectiveness.

Provide welcoming, inclusive customer service; recommend and fit Knix products; meet sales KPIs; maintain store presentation and operations; handle difficult interactions; escalate issues to management; stay product-knowledgeable and support team performance.

Manage end-to-end creative project workflows, oversee asset briefing and approvals, maintain project tools (Hive, Notion, Bynder), run standups, liaise between marketing and creative, identify process improvements, and ensure on-time delivery of design, writing, and video assets.

Lead retention for Kt by Knix across email, SMS and owned channels. Own lifecycle campaigns, QA, A/B testing, reporting, creative briefs, direct mail, referral program, and partner with growth, creative, CX, and merchandising to improve repeat rate, LTV, engagement, and ROAS.

Lead end-to-end UX/UI for Knix brands across web and mobile, owning redesigns and optimizations (homepage, PDP, PLP, cart, checkout). Create and maintain a living design system, produce high-fidelity visual and interaction specs, partner with product and engineering, drive conversion-focused improvements, and lead qualitative and quantitative research to inform product direction.
