Create inclusive, personalized in-store customer experiences; recommend products and fittings; meet sales goals and KPIs; maintain product knowledge, visual standards, store organization, and customer-ready operations; handle customer objections and escalate issues when needed. The role requires teamwork, initiative, flexibility, physical mobility, package handling, and availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Supports retail employees and leaders across Western Canada throughout the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include coaching leaders, managing employee relations, supporting investigations, onboarding, performance and engagement programs, workforce planning, compliance, retention, talent movement, and organizational change. The role partners with Retail Operations, Talent Acquisition, and the broader People Team while using workforce data and employee feedback to improve people programs and the retail employee experience.

Coordinate end-to-end e-commerce photo shoots and support larger campaign productions. Manage shoot logistics, samples, call sheets, talent schedules, vendors, equipment, catering, on-set activities, digital assets, project statuses, expenses, and invoices. Partner with creative, merchandising, inventory, agencies, studios, and crews to keep productions on schedule and within budget while maintaining inclusive, high-quality environments.

Leads creative operations across three brands by managing brief intake, prioritization, workflows, workback schedules, timelines, budgets, resource planning, and go-to-market execution. Oversees capacity and traffic management, improves operational systems and processes, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, ensures campaign readiness, and resolves risks and dependencies. Supervises and develops Creative Operations team members while maintaining delivery quality and launch timelines.

Develop and maintain enterprise Shopify Plus storefronts using Liquid, JavaScript, Shopify Functions, Checkout Extensibility, Markets, metaobjects, and APIs. Design scalable integrations, performant customer experiences, and reliable CI/CD release workflows. Collaborate with product, design, UX, QA, marketing, and integrations teams; participate in Agile processes, code reviews, troubleshooting, monitoring, and platform upgrades. Mentor junior developers and support high-traffic, revenue-critical stores, including occasional after-hours incident response.

Provide inclusive, customer-focused sales and fitting-room assistance, meet sales KPIs, maintain visual and operational standards, support store operations, and escalate issues to management. Deliver high-energy service and personalized product guidance to drive conversion and customer confidence.

Manage initial and ongoing distribution of inventory across stores, e-commerce, and other channels. Execute allocation strategies for launches and in-season performance, monitor sell-through and inventory levels, recommend transfers, maintain allocation systems and reporting, and partner with Merchandising, Planning, and Replenishment to optimize stock, reduce excess, and improve in-stock performance.
