Teams at Knak

Build and maintain Knak’s full-stack content creation and rendering systems, including Vue 3 and TypeScript builder interfaces, shared content models, HTML rendering pipelines, and Laravel export services. Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, DevOps, and Engineering teams; make implementation-level design decisions; investigate performance and correctness issues; write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; participate in code reviews; and improve system quality and maintainability.

Build and scale AI-agent infrastructure, including orchestration, tool calling, context management, guardrails, evaluations, and LLM-as-judge pipelines. Develop Python and Node.js microservices, Laravel APIs, AWS infrastructure, and optimized MySQL systems. Diagnose agent failures, improve prompts and tools, maintain reliability and observability, contribute to architecture, review code, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor engineers.

Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for Knak’s enterprise SaaS products. Create sales enablement materials and marketing content, conduct competitive and market research, support product launches and adoption, and collaborate across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Design. Measure marketing effectiveness and influence priorities without direct people management responsibilities.
