Lead design and delivery of LLM-powered agent and retrieval systems: build backend retrieval pipelines, orchestration and evaluation frameworks, optimize ranking and latency, integrate vector DBs and cloud infrastructure, collaborate with product and data teams, and drive production readiness for search and agentic workflows.

Lead end-to-end win/loss/churn research programs: onboard customers, conduct high-signal interviews, analyze findings, and deliver actionable reports. Train and tune AI interviewers, improve workflows, partner with customers and CSMs to drive renewal and expansion, and scale research through AI while preserving human-led high-trust conversations.
