The Senior Visual Designer at Klue will own the end-to-end user experience, collaborate cross-functionally, conduct research, and create high-quality visuals while using AI tools for design enhancement.

As a Software Engineer, AI at Klue, you will design and implement LLM-powered retrieval systems, optimize workflows, and collaborate closely with product teams.

The Senior Software Engineer will develop LLM-powered agents for search and retrieval systems, optimize backend architectures and workflows, and evaluate agent performance while collaborating with teams to enhance customer experience.

Lead end-to-end win/loss/churn research programs: onboard customers, conduct high-signal interviews, analyze findings, and deliver actionable reports. Train and tune AI interviewers, improve workflows, partner with customers and CSMs to drive renewal and expansion, and scale research through AI while preserving human-led high-trust conversations.

Produce on-brand digital assets across formats (podcast covers, articles, infographics, banners, slide decks). Use existing templates and brand systems, iterate quickly, integrate stakeholder feedback, work with AI design tools and collaborate via Slack/email to deliver polished, ready-to-ship visuals.
