Owns campaign planning, setup, targeting, creative trafficking, bidding, pacing, optimization, reporting, and client recommendations. Builds platform and vendor relationships, evaluates emerging capabilities, and coaches paid social specialists while supporting compliance, brand safety, viewability, and fraud mitigation.
