The Solution Consultant role requires collaboration with sales to develop automated material handling solutions, leveraging expertise in logistics and customer operations, with significant data analysis and communication responsibilities.

Designs sophisticated material-handling and automation systems from concept through installation and commissioning. Responsibilities include material specification, layout and drawing preparation, technical problem-solving, productivity and cost improvements, customer collaboration, training, knowledge transfer, and project engineering. The engineer will lead multiple small or mid-sized projects, manage mechanical engineering schedules and budgets, delegate effectively, and travel to customer or Dematic locations up to 25% of the time.
