Provide research, reporting and administrative support for shareholder advisory engagements. Produce analyses, spreadsheets and presentations, prepare/review filings and proxy materials, aggregate market intelligence, prepare voting reports, reconcile vote discrepancies, liaise with intermediaries and attend client and shareholder meetings.

The Director, Content will lead the creation of in-depth reports and commentary for C-suite and governance advisory, leveraging financial communications expertise to influence stakeholders and enhance the firm's market position.
