Supports corporate finance and accounting through monthly financial close, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, reporting, audit documentation, and financial data analysis. The role extracts and analyzes ERP data, maintains Excel-based schedules, investigates discrepancies, supports expense reporting systems, and delivers ad hoc reports while improving efficiency and internal controls with AI tools. This is a 20-month contract based in Vaughan, Ontario.

Reviews, drafts, negotiates, and administers commercial agreements, including supply, services, purchase, NDA, SaaS, staffing, and licensing contracts. Identifies contractual risks, recommends solutions, collaborates with procurement, finance, and operations, and manages the full contract lifecycle. Maintains templates, clause libraries, approved responses, and contract records while supporting process improvements and legal team projects.

Maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, calibrates, and improves electrical, electronic, instrumentation, control, and automated production equipment. Programs and modifies PLCs, installs motor drives, maintains automation documentation, supports preventive maintenance, and assists production and engineering teams with equipment optimization. The role requires a technical diploma in electrotechnics or instrumentation and control, PLC knowledge, industrial networking knowledge, and experience with Allen-Bradley, Modicon, and Omron systems.
