Leads infrastructure automation, deployment processes, container orchestration, CI/CD improvements, system reliability, and Infrastructure as Code across on-premise and cloud environments. The role manages scalable Kubernetes-based infrastructure, enhances performance and security, collaborates cross-functionally, and mentors junior engineers.

Leads customer marketing strategy and team across adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy. Builds lifecycle, renewal, cross-sell, referral, community, advisory board, executive engagement, and customer event programs. Partners with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing to generate measurable revenue impact, channel customer insights into product strategy, and manage customer marketing performance.

Own end-to-end demand generation for enterprise named accounts and product-led growth (Test Drive). Build multi-channel ABM and PLG programs, run experiments, analyze performance, maintain KPI dashboards, and deploy AI/automation to optimize acquisition, activation, and conversion in partnership with Sales, SDR, and cross-functional marketing teams.
