Leads spectrum engineering for LEO satellite communications systems, integrating ITU regulations, frequency coordination, interference constraints, and RF performance into system architecture and mission-planning software. Conducts compatibility, sharing, propagation, link, antenna, and interference analyses; supports regulatory submissions; develops and validates technical models and tools; identifies risks and optimization opportunities; and provides technical leadership across systems, RF, antenna, mission design, and software teams.

Leads end-to-end development and execution of satellite programs from concept through on-orbit validation. Owns scope, schedule, cost, risk, technical reviews, performance reporting, subcontractor coordination, and cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, and business development. The role manages the Tranche-2 satellite constellation, supports proposal efforts, drives mitigation plans, and presents program status to internal and external stakeholders.

Develop and maintain reliable embedded software for spacecraft and ground systems. Build secure communications, device drivers, kernel modules, hardware interfaces, platform services, automated tests, and validation tools. Contribute to architecture, design and code reviews, debugging, performance improvements, and system reliability. Collaborate across software, hardware, and operations teams while providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
