Leads North American end-to-end demand and supply planning transformation as the regional business process owner. Designs and harmonizes future-state processes, translates business needs into scalable planning capabilities, and partners with IT on SAP, S/4HANA, and Kinaxis solutions. Oversees testing, deployment, hypercare, stabilization, change management, training, governance, KPI monitoring, and adoption. Influences cross-functional operations leaders and drives continuous improvement across planning, procurement, manufacturing, delivery, and quality.

Leads demand planning for an assigned product portfolio by developing SKU-level forecasts, managing IBP and sales and operations planning, optimizing inventory, and aligning supply with demand. The role analyzes market and customer trends, maintains performance metrics, reports to senior leadership, manages budgeting and risk, and provides guidance to cross-functional teams. Responsibilities also include coordinating production, traffic, and warehouse activities to support timely delivery and minimize stockouts.
