The role involves designing solutions, particularly in the core banking domain using Java, Microservices, and Azure, and collaborating on enterprise-grade applications.

Lead Workday HCM and/or Financials solution architecture across implementation and post-go-live support engagements. Own discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, hypercare, issue resolution, and enhancement roadmaps. Advise client stakeholders, mentor consultants, support proposals and estimates, and monitor Workday releases. The role requires partner-side consulting experience, active Workday certifications, implementation and AMS delivery experience, and expertise in Workday security, business processes, reporting, and integration architecture.
