参加 a 12-month graduate program delivering Workday solutions for clients. Depending on fit, responsibilities may include configuring HCM or Financials, supporting data migration, or guiding testing activities. The role combines structured training, mentorship, teamwork, and client-facing project work, with an initial requirement to collaborate in person at the Toronto office five days per week.

Own and implement marketing strategies, budgets, campaigns, and content programs aligned with commercial and sales goals for the Workday Services Practice. Lead multichannel activities including email, automation, webinars, social media, SEO, digital advertising, and events. Measure ROI, generate leads, build partner relationships, and report results. Manage, coach, and develop marketing staff while collaborating with sales, internal stakeholders, and technology partners.

Provide post-deployment Workday EDM configuration, troubleshooting, advisory, and customer support. Manage requests within SLAs, investigate root causes, support releases and deployments, document solutions, maintain security and privacy compliance, and assist with customer escalations. Collaborate with internal support, product, engineering, and delivery teams while contributing to knowledge sharing and process improvements.
