Advise international customers on Employer of Record services, employment compliance, terminations, benefits, and labor standards across the Americas. Serve as the escalation authority for complex HR and compliance matters, partner with Legal, Product, Operations, and Customer Success, identify expansion opportunities, support retention and growth, and translate complex regulations into actionable guidance.

Build and maintain expense submission, approval, and reimbursement platforms as part of Justworks’ Workforce Management team. Contribute to migrating services from Ruby to Go, develop AI-powered features, create and consume REST APIs, work with relational data, and collaborate with senior engineers and product partners to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Build and own core components of an LLM-powered agent platform: orchestration, tool integrations, APIs, knowledge/memory infrastructure, trust & safety, and evaluation tooling. Partner with Operations to translate workflows into agent capabilities, mentor teammates, and ship production-ready, scalable AI-native systems.
