Teams at Juniper Square

Build and operate production systems for Juniper Square’s AI Platform, including APIs, infrastructure, reusable frameworks, and AI/LLM capabilities. Own projects end to end, ensure reliability and observability, contribute to technical design, and support incident response. Collaborate with product, design, QA, and engineering teams while applying AI-native development practices. The role requires strong Python backend engineering, cloud-native technologies, databases, production operations, and hands-on experience with RAG, agents, evaluation workflows, or related AI systems.

Own end-to-end onboarding for strategic enterprise customers, focusing on transforming and importing complex investment data. Advise on optimal data structures, negotiate scope/timelines with executives, escalate and resolve high-risk engagements, mentor junior onboarding managers, and build scalable AI-supported workflows and tooling to automate and improve onboarding processes.

Own messaging, positioning, and enablement for the venture capital segment. Build VC personas and playbooks, support Sales with collateral and deal strategy, run voice-of-customer and competitive research, and apply AI tooling to accelerate content and insights. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Demand Gen, Product, and Customer Marketing to drive VC pipeline and wins.
