Lead business control management for Canada Payments, covering merchant and treasury services. Drive operational risk assessments, control design and monitoring, issue remediation, regulatory exams, audits, governance reporting, and change management. Partner with business, operations, legal, compliance, risk, audit, technology, and regulatory stakeholders to identify emerging risks, strengthen controls, and support regional and global control initiatives.

Provides compliance oversight for Canadian OTC and listed derivatives activities, ensuring adherence to provincial securities laws, self-regulatory requirements, and internal risk frameworks. Advises trading personnel, supports regulatory inquiries and examinations, contributes to rule development, conducts governance and risk activities, and collaborates with compliance and control functions across regions.
