Responsibilities include researching target companies, conducting outreach to founders and executives, tracking deal flow in Salesforce, evaluating acquisition fit, collecting business and financial information, coordinating NDAs, and presenting qualified opportunities to senior leadership. The role also develops industry knowledge, builds executive relationships, and improves sourcing processes using technology and AI tools.
