The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, communication, problem-solving, and advanced Excel skills.

Oversees client attrition, accounts receivable follow-up, credit requests, module removals, dormancy, and offboarding processes. Partners with Sales on renewals, handles escalated client conversations, and ensures accurate operational execution and team coverage.
