Teams at Jobber

Own the strategy and execution for Jobber Supply, connecting supplier catalogs, pricing, materials management, job costing, and purchase orders. Build customer understanding, define product vision and roadmap, prioritize opportunities, manage supplier partnerships, and drive cross-functional delivery. Monitor product metrics across adoption, revenue, and engagement while balancing immediate improvements with long-term bets. The role requires zero-to-one product leadership, commercial judgment, customer research, partner influence, and collaboration across Business Development, Sales, Success, Marketing, and Engineering.

Engage with at-risk customers through inbound and outbound retention calls, scheduled value sessions, and consultative conversations. Diagnose churn drivers, recommend tailored product solutions, improve feature adoption, and protect recurring revenue. Partner with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Billing teams to identify churn trends and improve customer experience. Success is measured by save rate, retention, and long-term customer outcomes.

Engage at-risk customers through inbound and outbound conversations, diagnose churn causes, conduct value sessions, and recommend tailored product solutions. Own retention outcomes, recurring revenue protection, and customer success while collaborating with Support, Product, Billing, and Customer Success teams. Identify churn trends, share customer insights, and contribute to improvements in product adoption, onboarding, and customer experience.
