Lead discovery with clients and business teams, write technical requirements, build AI prototypes, define KPIs, and align data, engineering, product, and stakeholder teams. The role requires enterprise B2B SaaS product management, technical fluency in APIs and cloud data platforms, vendor governance, and hands-on AI product development.

Coordinates commercial real estate brokerage operations from listing launch through transaction closing. Manages workflows, deadlines, documentation, compliance, Salesforce data, invoicing, client reporting, marketing materials, and process improvements. Partners with senior brokers, accounting, and clients to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality deliverables. The role also supports technology, AI, and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and client experience.
