Ensures data integrity, prepares reports and variance analyses, supports budgets and forecasts, and presents insights to senior stakeholders. The role also contributes to Power BI reporting, AI-enabled analysis, automation, process improvement, and cross-functional technology initiatives.

Manages a property management accounting team and oversees financial operations for client-facing real estate accounts. Responsibilities include maintaining accounting records, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, cash transfers, fee allocation, audits, and acquisition or disposition support. The role also includes staff supervision, training, performance reviews, cross-department coordination, and delivering financial insights while managing multiple deadlines.
