Recruiter responsible for supporting full-cycle talent acquisition across Canada, including candidate screening, interview coordination, recruiting plans, stakeholder partnerships, employee records in Workday, HR reporting, and recruitment metrics. The role requires strong organization, communication, analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, along with English-French bilingualism and knowledge of Canadian employment standards.

Serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. Answers calls, manages visitor access, schedules meetings, coordinates conference rooms, handles mail and couriers, maintains office supplies and shared spaces, processes invoices, supports building maintenance coordination, responds to inquiries, and performs clerical and administrative duties.

Manages business operations for an AI analytics product organization, including financial planning, budgeting, vendor and invoice management, resource allocation, recruitment tracking, BI dashboards, KPI reporting, stakeholder communications, and process automation. Builds governance systems, supports workforce planning, maintains operational documentation, and designs AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and decision-making across product, engineering, and business teams.
