Manage accounts receivable for commercial real estate properties, including posting tenant payments, monitoring electronic collections and NSF payments, maintaining tenant banking information, preparing deposits, reconciling tenant accounts, and supporting rent posting and journal entries. The role also involves reviewing leases, coordinating with property management, lease administration, treasury, and banks, and ensuring accurate and timely accounting records.

Maintains, repairs, installs, and troubleshoots automated packaging, distribution, material handling, conveyor, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Performs preventative and predictive maintenance, documents work, manages inventory, follows safety procedures, and supports facility operations. The technician works flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, may mentor junior technicians, and handles physically demanding work in varied environmental conditions, including heights and confined spaces.

Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice coding, approvals, discrepancy resolution, payment processing, bank reconciliations, positive pay, cash management, ledger maintenance, and account transactions. Respond to client and general inquiries, ensure compliance with finance and procurement controls, and collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
