Supports and manages sustainability projects for new construction and existing buildings. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, tracking sustainability metrics, supporting LEED and other green building certifications, preparing reports, conducting research, managing project documentation, developing scopes and schedules, addressing project issues, and visiting construction sites to monitor sustainable design compliance. The role collaborates with clients, vendors, contractors, design teams, and project executives.

Supports daily workplace operations across reception, mailroom, facilities, and janitorial services. Coordinates vendors, property management, client stakeholders, events, meetings, supplies, work orders, and internal customer support. Maintains office cleanliness and quality standards, manages documentation, and supports process improvements. Leads technicians in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing automated packaging, conveyor, distribution, and robotic equipment. Performs preventative maintenance, audits procedures, manages work orders, develops emergency repair plans, and trains service technicians. The role requires interpreting electrical schematics, troubleshooting controls, supporting safety standards, and working flexible shifts in physically demanding conditions. Travel up to 20% is required.

Lead underwriting and advanced financial analysis for complex commercial real estate investment opportunities. Build ARGUS Enterprise models, evaluate property documents and market data, identify risks and value-add strategies, prepare proposals and offering materials, and support due diligence and transaction execution. Participate in client presentations, provide investment recommendations, coordinate stakeholders, and manage multiple transactions under tight deadlines.

Manages purchase orders, invoice processing, three-way matching, accrual reconciliation, month-end close support, financial reporting, procurement databases, and facility projects in TRIRIGA. Reviews SLA and facilities agreement compliance, maintains accurate records, resolves billing discrepancies, and coordinates with vendors and internal teams in English and French. The role is hybrid, with at least three office days per week in Markham.
