Designs, tests, monitors, troubleshoots, and optimizes concrete mixes across Ontario ready-mix plants. Manages laboratory testing, quality-control procedures, supplier assessments, technical submittals, repair procedures, and compliance with CSA and industry standards. The role supports production teams, trains internal and external stakeholders, leads continuous improvement, and travels to plants and construction sites as needed.

Manage full-cycle recruitment across skilled trades, technical, and professional roles. Partner with hiring managers, source and assess candidates, maintain talent pipelines, support applicant tracking system accuracy, and develop recruitment campaigns. Build employer visibility through school partnerships, community outreach, presentations, job fairs, and recruitment materials while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Design precast and prestressed concrete insulated sandwich wall panels under senior supervision. Review project documents, prepare calculations, coordinate with drafters, production and field teams, ensure drawings and bills of material meet codes and schedule, visit plant and job sites, and respond to fabrication and erection questions.
