Join the Growth team to own funnels that drive discovery, evaluation, and purchase of car insurance. Conduct product walkthroughs, synthesize user feedback, drive bug triage, lead end-to-end product initiatives, partner with Design/Engineering/Analytics to ship experiments and A/B tests, translate ambiguous problems into hypotheses and requirements, and coordinate daily overlap with a China-based engineering team to ensure execution.

Lead product design across insurance, safety, and repairs; ship 0->1 features; partner with research, product, and data; build and evolve the design system; apply AI to improve UX; and raise UX and visual design standards to drive engagement and retention.

Join the Growth team to analyze user funnels, synthesize user feedback, drive bug triage, and lead end-to-end delivery of growth-focused product initiatives. Work with Design, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing to run A/B tests, design experiments, and translate ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses and roadmap priorities while coordinating daily overlap with a China-based engineering team.
