Own and optimize the customer sign-up and purchase funnel: run product walkthroughs, synthesize user feedback, prioritize and drive bug fixes, design and analyze A/B tests, and lead end-to-end launches with Design and Engineering to accelerate acquisition and conversion. Maintain regular overlap with China-based engineering.

Lead Jerry’s editorial strategy and content operations across jerry.ai and external platforms. Build and run an AI-native brief-to-publish pipeline with LLMs and human QA, drive SEO and AEO initiatives to earn search and AI citations, enforce YMYL accuracy and E-E-A-T standards, manage one direct report plus freelancers, and own organic traffic and conversion targets that impact revenue.

Lead end-to-end partnerships for new product verticals (home, motorcycle, etc.): build pipeline, structure complex deals, close and onboard partners, ensure post-close success, and inform vertical strategy through partner insights.
