Conducts product walkthroughs, synthesizes user feedback, drives bug triage, leads end-to-end delivery of launches, designs A/B tests and experiments, and partners with Design, Engineering, and Analytics to iterate on funnel improvements and new features.

Lead Jerry's editorial strategy and AI-native content production to drive organic conversions and AI citation presence. Design brief-to-publish pipelines, enforce YMYL accuracy and E-E-A-T standards, own SEO/AEO roadmap, manage one direct report plus freelancers, and measure traffic, citation, and conversion outcomes.

Lead end-to-end partnerships for new product lines (home, motorcycle, adjacent products): build pipeline, structure complex deals, close and onboard partners, ensure partner success, and inform vertical strategy.
