Provide strategic executive support to multiple leadership team members by managing calendars, communications, competing priorities, travel, offsites, and onsite logistics. Build trusted executive partnerships, anticipate needs, explain scheduling decisions, coordinate across teams and vendors, and improve operational workflows. Use AI tools to draft communications, analyze calendars, and research logistics while reviewing all outputs. The role requires discretion, emotional intelligence, resilience, strong organization, and comfort operating independently in an evolving environment.

Build customer-facing payment features, including IC+ pricing, surcharging, and payment automation. Design and scale reliable payment systems using enterprise architecture patterns, collaborate with Product to deliver measurable outcomes, and communicate effectively within a distributed team. The role is backend-focused with opportunities to grow across the stack, apply AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle, and contribute to business-critical SaaS products.

Owns end-to-end data infrastructure, including secure data lakes, streaming applications, data warehouse systems, replication and change data capture pipelines. Responsibilities include architecture, deployment, maintenance, performance optimization, security controls, documentation, operational runbooks, and cross-functional partnership with analytics and product teams. The role requires strategic data infrastructure thinking and production experience in SaaS or data-heavy environments.
