Provide administrative and clerical support to a law office and attorneys, including processing invoices and expense reports, running conflicts, opening engagements, document preparation and proofreading, time entry, uploading to document management, scheduling, mail and facilities tasks, and coordinating travel and office supplies.

Provide phone and desk-side end-user desktop and telecommunications support, document incidents in the IT service management system, perform imaging and hardware/software troubleshooting, execute moves/adds/changes, maintain high phone availability, and collaborate on Service Desk projects to meet service level objectives.

Summer Associates will gain experience in employment law by assisting with research, case analysis, litigation phases, and reviewing employment law developments.
