Collaborate cross-functionally, improve platform performance, champion engineering best practices, and mentor teammates.

Drives daily sportsbook merchandising execution across customer-facing surfaces, ensuring promotions, events, product updates, and content launch accurately and on schedule. Monitors live experiences, identifies optimization opportunities using customer and competitive data, coordinates cross-functional launches, resolves issues, and maintains operational documentation. Requires sports knowledge, strong organization, communication, and flexibility to provide event coverage during evenings and weekends.
