Leads tissue and towel papermaking product improvement, innovation, trial design, process optimization, and multi-site technical support. Develops experimental plans, specifications, and go/no-go recommendations; coordinates supplier and laboratory trials; investigates new technologies; resolves quality and runnability issues; supports customers and operational sites; and mentors junior engineers. Requires extensive papermaking experience, including TAD technology, experimental design, statistics, quality, and project management.

Leads financial reporting, manufacturing standard costing, WIP and finished goods accounting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, reconciliations, and corrective entries. Partners with operations, purchasing, plant leadership, corporate finance, auditors, and stakeholders to support decision-making, capital projects, continuous improvement, reporting enhancements, and internal controls.
