The role requires strong technical aptitude, communication, organization, problem-solving, presentation, and project-management skills, plus experience with managed service providers and Microsoft, cloud, virtualization, and infrastructure technologies.

Provide service-desk and managed-services support for multiple clients: triage and resolve tickets, troubleshoot network, datacenter, security and voice technologies, use monitoring and ticketing tools, escalate to vendors/advanced teams, produce reports, participate in on-call rotation, and travel onsite to client offices while supporting hybrid onsite work in Markham.
