Provide advanced technical support and escalation management for managed services clients. Mentor junior staff, resolve incidents per SLAs, manage vendor escalations, analyze ticket trends, maintain documentation, participate in on-call rotation, and help enforce escalation policies.

Provide proactive IT support and monitoring for MSP clients across the Greater Toronto Area. Perform onboarding/offboarding, regular onsite maintenance, infrastructure monitoring and remediation, patch management, backups/DR tasks, documentation, escalation to team lead, and after-hours on-call rotations. Collaborate with internal teams and attend meetings while working in a hybrid model and visiting client sites as required.
