Design, implement, and lead full-stack features spanning Angular front-ends, ASP.NET server APIs, background services, and SQL databases. Optimize SQL performance, integrate GIS and third-party data, prototype ML solutions, contribute analytics/reporting (Power BI/SSRS), mentor junior engineers, and champion CI/CD and engineering best practices in a remote-first environment.

Own full QA lifecycle for assigned features/releases; design and maintain test plans, automated test frameworks, and test suites. Perform exploratory, functional, regression, performance, and API testing on an ASP.NET/SQL Server/Azure SaaS platform. Collaborate with developers and product managers to triage defects, report QA metrics, and drive continuous process improvements; emphasize automation and AI-assisted testing.

Serve as technical bridge between pipeline operators and the AIP platform: lead discovery, map and migrate ILI/GIS/corrosion datasets, write and validate SQL/ETL, configure platform modules, deliver training, troubleshoot integrations, and drive on-site implementation and QA.
