Leads global governance and operational oversight for a pharmaceutical customer’s portfolio of product development projects. Responsibilities include strategic account management, operational standards, contractual and financial performance, resource forecasting, client relationship management, escalation planning, governance committees, sales support, and adherence to IQVIA best practices. Requires extensive pharmaceutical or CRO industry experience, strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills, and up to 25% travel.
