Own client onboarding and adoption from kickoff through go-live. Lead readiness checkpoints, setup validation, training, stakeholder communication, risk identification, and post-launch handoffs. Own a strategically important national wireless carrier account and its dealer network. Build executive relationships, manage renewals and commercial negotiations, drive revenue growth and platform adoption, and identify expansion opportunities. Coordinate product, delivery, support, and professional services teams to address customer needs, lead modernization initiatives, resolve escalations, and execute account reviews and strategic plans.

Own enterprise client and prospect relationships, lead consultative product demos, support deal closing, and develop go-to-market strategy for specialty retail. Serve as an HR and hourly-workforce subject matter expert, translating compliance, integration, and operational needs for sales, marketing, and product teams. Gather market feedback, shape product priorities, and convert workforce pain points into business cases and product requirements.

Design, build, and optimize lakehouse data pipelines and curated data products using Python and SQL. Improve performance, observability, governance, and cost-efficiency. Own data modeling, orchestration, data quality, and secure access patterns. Partner with product, engineering, and analytics teams, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior engineers to advance the organization’s data platform and AI readiness.
