The Senior Account Specialist manages pharmaceutical sales across Atlantic Canada, achieving territory objectives and executing account and business plans. The role builds relationships with healthcare professionals, communicates approved product information, supports product adoption, and promotes safe therapy use. Responsibilities include territory planning, customer engagement, educational activities, budget and sample management, reporting, compliance, and ongoing training. The position requires extensive pharmaceutical representative experience, preferably in neuroscience or botulinum toxin therapies, plus regional travel and a valid driver’s license.

Provides senior administrative support to assigned business areas, including calendar and meeting coordination, travel logistics, expense reporting, purchase-to-pay processes, vendor setup, onboarding, confidential information management, and team event support. Serves as a K2, Ariba, and meeting room AV/IT super user while coordinating administrative coverage and process improvements. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Develops and executes pharmaceutical brand strategies, launch plans, market development activities, promotional materials, sales training, and customer engagement programs. Conducts market and competitive analysis, identifies opportunities, supports forecasting and pricing, manages agency partners, and collaborates with Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Market Access, and Sales teams. Builds KOL relationships, monitors product performance, and reports safety information to Pharmacovigilance.

Leads compliant business processes for physician interactions, including contracts, activity briefs, advisory boards, sponsorships, and consultancy meetings. Manages promotional material inventory, congress attendance, business meeting logistics, onboarding support, physician setup, and Ariba administration. Maintains audit-ready documentation, monitors compliance, prepares reports, develops training materials, and identifies process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

The Associate Director leads strategic planning, forecasting, and analytics for Ipsen Canada, driving insights for business decisions and overseeing projects critical to commercial success.

Provide high-level administrative support including calendar and travel management, purchase-to-pay processing, expense reporting, onboarding coordination, meeting logistics (AV/IT), and confidential information handling. Serve as K2 and Ariba super user, support team events, and collaborate on continuous improvement and backup coverage.
