Manage organization-wide recruitment, including sourcing passive candidates, maintaining resume databases, and researching recruiting strategies. Administer HR records, payroll and benefits support, policies, onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, training, and employee inquiries. Analyze retention, performance, and attendance data, support workplace engagement initiatives, and provide recommendations to leadership while ensuring compliance with legislation.

Prepare electrical detailed designs, production drawings and schematics for ICI buildings using AutoCAD/Revit. Design lighting, distribution (single-line), emergency power, fire alarm, wiring, riser and panel schedules. Produce calculations, specifications, equipment selections, reports, and review shop drawings. Ensure code (CEC, OBC, NBC), ASHRAE and LEED compliance; liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues and meet deliverables.

Develop and execute Integrated Testing Plans, coordinate multi-trade integrated functional testing of life-safety systems, witness live tests, document failures, troubleshoot with engineers and contractors, and prepare and submit final compliance reports to authorities to secure occupancy.
