Support senior staff on sustainability consulting projects (LEED, WELL, BOMA BEST, Zero Carbon), coordinate certification submissions, review drawings, perform energy and water audits, assist with GHG inventories, benchmarking (ENERGY STAR), decarbonization roadmaps, LCAs, meeting coordination, and documentation for ICI-sector building projects.

Prepare electrical detailed designs, production drawings and schematics for ICI buildings using AutoCAD/Revit. Design lighting, distribution (single-line), emergency power, fire alarm, wiring, riser and panel schedules. Produce calculations, specifications, equipment selections, reports, and review shop drawings. Ensure code (CEC, OBC, NBC), ASHRAE and LEED compliance; liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues and meet deliverables.

Develop and execute Integrated Testing Plans, coordinate multi-trade integrated functional testing of life-safety systems, witness live tests, document failures, troubleshoot with engineers and contractors, and prepare and submit final compliance reports to authorities to secure occupancy.

Lead LEED and sustainability efforts including energy modelling, audits, LCA, carbon tracking, M&V studies, and certification documentation. Manage multiple projects, mentor sustainability staff, advise clients and architects on green strategies, and support business development and QA.

Provide front-desk reception and general administrative support including answering multi-line phones, greeting visitors, preparing meeting rooms, filing/scanning, formatting documents, calendar/email support for managers, light office upkeep, errands, and data presentation using Microsoft Office and related tools.

Design and manage mechanical building systems for ICI projects: perform load calculations, equipment selection, prepare contract documents and specifications, review shop drawings, ensure code and ASHRAE/LEED compliance, lead projects from design through construction, and coordinate with clients and contractors.

Create and coordinate MEP Revit/BIM models and drawings from mark-ups or instructions. Develop and modify Revit families and content, prepare reference models, organize and print drawing sets, perform quality control reviews, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to meet project requirements.

Lead day-to-day accounting including AR/AP, purchase orders, project fee billing and collections, general ledger reconciliations, month- and year-end reporting, budgets and forecasts, and weekly/monthly financial reports. Support Controller and maintain confidentiality while resolving discrepancies and performing other assigned accounting tasks.

Perform building energy modelling and audits, develop proposed/reference case models, analyze energy measures and utility data, prepare LEED documentation, advise on green strategies, conduct LCA and carbon reporting, and support certification submittals and responses.

Prepare detailed mechanical designs (HVAC, fire protection, plumbing/drainage) and production drawings using AutoCAD/Revit; perform heating/cooling load calculations, equipment selection, review shop drawings, and support project delivery for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings.

Prepare detailed electrical designs, drawings, schematics, and specifications for ICI buildings using AutoCAD/Revit. Design lighting, MV/LV distribution, emergency power, fire alarm systems; produce calculations, reports, and shop drawing reviews while collaborating with project teams to meet deadlines.

Support Project Managers coordinating multidisciplinary mechanical, electrical, and building engineering projects. Maintain schedules, budgets, change orders, project documentation, and organized files. Coordinate communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers; assist procurement, submittal and shop drawing reviews, meeting administration, milestone tracking, risk monitoring, and compliance with quality and safety procedures. Contribute to process improvements and provide professional client service.
