Promote rental communities, conduct property viewings, respond to prospective and current residents, process rental applications, maintain follow-up, organize resident events, inspect suites, and track activities in internal systems. The role requires customer service, sales, administrative, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a vehicle, clean driving record, flexible hours, and full-time office availability.

Execute regional marketing initiatives across residential communities through local campaigns, content creation, community partnerships, events, grassroots outreach, and on-site activations. Build relationships with local organizations, collaborate with leasing and property teams, gather market insights, track campaign results, maintain marketing assets, and ensure consistent brand messaging. The role is based in Oakville five days per week and requires regular travel throughout South Western Ontario.
