Deliver day-to-day HR operations and employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance with Ontario employment laws. Partner with managers to provide timely HR advice, handle sensitive matters with discretion, and improve HR processes for accuracy and efficiency.

Lead partnership development and in-person outreach across the GTA to expand student recruitment. Build and manage relationships with schools, settlement agencies, Indigenous communities, and corporate partners; represent the university at events and fairs; manage CRM data, reporting, project activities, and cross-functional collaboration; and achieve business development targets with frequent field-based travel and occasional evening/weekend work.

Serve as primary contact for prospective domestic undergraduate and graduate students. Promote BCom and MBA programs via phone, email, and text using a consultative sales approach. Manage lead pipeline in the CRM, follow up to meet daily and quarterly enrollment targets, collect application documents, support conversion and outreach activities, audit lead statuses, report on recruitment effectiveness, and implement re-engagement email strategies. Work evenings/weekends and participate in public recruitment events as required.
