Deliver day-to-day HR operations and employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance with Ontario employment laws. Partner with managers to provide timely HR advice, handle sensitive matters with discretion, and improve HR processes for accuracy and efficiency.

Lead partnership development and in-person outreach across the GTA to expand student recruitment. Build and manage relationships with schools, settlement agencies, Indigenous communities, and corporate partners; represent the university at events and fairs; manage CRM data, reporting, project activities, and cross-functional collaboration; and achieve business development targets with frequent field-based travel and occasional evening/weekend work.

Serve as primary contact for prospective domestic undergraduate and graduate students. Promote BCom and MBA programs via phone, email, and text using a consultative sales approach. Manage lead pipeline in the CRM, follow up to meet daily and quarterly enrollment targets, collect application documents, support conversion and outreach activities, audit lead statuses, report on recruitment effectiveness, and implement re-engagement email strategies. Work evenings/weekends and participate in public recruitment events as required.

Produce end-to-end video content for marketing, social, events, internal communications, and education. Responsibilities include storyboarding, filming, lighting, audio capture, editing, color grading, motion graphics, sound design, platform optimization, asset management, occasional live streaming support, and collaborating with marketing and design teams to maintain brand consistency.

Lead implementation and administration of grade appeals, academic integrity, and student discipline processes. Advise and educate students, faculty, and staff; manage case records and databases; develop educational resources and workshops; liaise with internal stakeholders and external integrity groups; analyze incident metrics and report findings; support policy administration and quality assurance; oversee related online modules and coordinate Academic Standards committee activities.

Manage and coordinate multiple strategic initiatives across the university, maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation, track milestones and risks, facilitate cross-functional stakeholder communication, prepare governance reporting and dashboards, support procurement, budgeting and logistics, and drive continuous improvement of project management processes to ensure successful execution of institutional priorities.

Lead IT strategy and enterprise systems at the university, with primary accountability for Workday ERP lifecycle, IT operations, security, governance, and a high-performance support and IS team. Drive digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, vendor and budget management, and cross-functional change management to optimize student records, HR, and payroll systems.
