The Academic Quality Assurance Officer ensures academic quality through accreditation compliance, data analysis, policy enforcement, and continuous improvement initiatives at IBU.

Lead implementation and administration of grade appeals, academic integrity, and student discipline processes. Advise and educate students, faculty, and staff; manage case records and databases; develop educational resources and workshops; liaise with internal stakeholders and external integrity groups; analyze incident metrics and report findings; support policy administration and quality assurance; oversee related online modules and coordinate Academic Standards committee activities.

The HR Generalist manages HR operations, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. The role emphasizes detail, professionalism, and collaboration within the organization.

Lead development and management of academic pathway and articulation agreements, perform course mapping and transfer credit assessments, build institutional partnerships, coordinate with academic, recruitment, marketing, and strategic teams, and track performance to meet enrollment and pathway growth targets.

Provide legal and compliance support to senior leadership across IBU and Vega Academy. Oversee corporate and academic file management, contract creation and procurement, policy development, regulatory reporting, government relations, risk management, and business continuity. Manage confidential matters, coordinate cross-institutionally, and ensure alignment with Ontario post‑secondary regulations and Ministry approvals.

The Domestic Admission Advisor will engage with potential students, manage leads, guide them through admission processes, and achieve enrollment targets.
