The Senior Business Systems Analyst gathers and documents business and technical requirements, analyzes current and future-state processes, and translates between stakeholders and technical teams. The role supports solution design, agile development, testing, UAT, defect resolution, stakeholder alignment, scope management, and governance documentation for Real-Time Rail payment systems.

Lead infrastructure and platform engineering across physical and virtual environments, including operating systems, OpenShift, cloud platforms, networking, monitoring, capacity, disaster recovery, security, and automation. The role defines architecture and operational standards, manages vendors, supports audits and complex troubleshooting, develops documentation, and mentors engineering staff while ensuring availability, resiliency, and compliance with service objectives.

Ensure reliable software releases through test planning, manual and automated testing, functional, integration, and non-functional testing. Support UAT, analyze and track defects, assess release readiness, collaborate with product, development, operations, security, and release teams, and contribute to quality metrics and continuous improvement for real-time payment systems.
