Process high-volume retailer inquiries through Jira, resolve issues using established playbooks, and collaborate cross-functionally through Slack and email. Support retailers in improving e-commerce performance, address operational and regulatory requests, identify growth opportunities, maintain accurate account records in Salesforce, and document processes and solutions. The role also contributes to internal training resources, playbooks, and automation initiatives.

Supports golf tournament planning, registration, scheduling, logistics, on-site execution, and participant experience. Builds relationships with players, families, coaches, clubs, academies, sponsors, and strategic partners; recruits golfers and supports outreach and sponsorship development. The role requires professional communication, strong organization, problem-solving, golf-industry knowledge, flexibility around tournament schedules, and full-time availability.

Manage cross-border logistics for goods imported from China into Canada and exported to the United States. Responsibilities include customs compliance, HS classification, CUSMA/USMCA rules of origin, duty drawback claims, inventory record accuracy, regulatory documentation, and invoice production using Inflow Inventory. The role is fully on-site at a Burlington warehouse and requires coordination across supply chain processes, strong organization, and familiarity with Canadian and U.S. import/export requirements.
