Supports day-to-day HR activities, including coordinating internal promotion interviews, assisting with onboarding, maintaining employee records and HR databases, preparing reports, managing HRIS tickets, and tracking deadlines. The intern applies HR principles while handling confidential information and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Supervise warehouse sorting operations, including package scanning, shipping, receiving, dispatch, freight movement, trailer loading and unloading, and inventory processes. Lead, schedule, train, and evaluate warehouse associates while enforcing safety and quality standards. Complete reports, data entry, driver credential handling, cost control, carrier communication, dock security, and warehouse organization activities.

Supervise warehouse and last-mile delivery operations, including shipping, receiving, dispatch, inventory, route planning, driver check-ins, package processing, safety compliance, reporting, and customer issue resolution. Assign work, monitor productivity, train staff and drivers, audit delivery documentation, maintain records, and support employee performance management in a fast-paced, shift-based warehouse.
