Lead warehouse sorting operations, ensuring health and safety compliance, coaching package handlers, assigning labor, managing workflow, and supporting package scanning and processing. Responsibilities include unloading and loading trailers and pallets, verifying freight against manifests, handling shipping documents and driver credentials, organizing the warehouse, conducting safety checks, training new hires, and escalating issues to supervisors.

Manage full-cycle recruitment and maintain an internal employee pool to meet operational staffing needs. Coordinate employee assignments based on daily station requirements and availability, communicate with operations regarding attendance and performance issues, follow up with pool employees, and track performance indicators. The role requires talent acquisition or HR experience, Workday proficiency, strong organization, bilingual French and English communication, and effective collaboration with station managers.
