Provides onsite and remote technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, workstation, networking, and Microsoft 365 issues. Responsibilities include configuring and reimaging devices, maintaining inventory, supporting ConnectWise solutions, collaborating with cybersecurity teams, documenting solutions, assisting with user training, recommending accessibility tools, improving system performance, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Develops, maintains, and monitors construction project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Collaborates with project managers, superintendents, contractors, and stakeholders to track progress, analyze critical paths, identify risks, forecast resources, and mitigate delays. Prepares schedule reports, documents changes, attends project meetings, and supports senior schedulers while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
