Supports electrical and mechanical quality assurance in mission-critical environments through field inspections, testing, commissioning, documentation, supplier audits, and corrective actions. Develops inspection and test plans, verifies installations and turnover packages, leads root cause analyses, maintains quality records, and trains QA personnel. Collaborates with project managers, engineers, manufacturers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure compliance with technical standards, safety requirements, and continuous-improvement objectives.

Designs, develops, documents, and supports electrical systems for modular data centers, construction projects, and integrated power and cooling infrastructure. Responsibilities include electrical calculations, CAD drawings, system integration, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, code compliance, design reviews, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. The role also communicates technical risks and recommendations while contributing to continuous improvement in a project-driven environment.

Provides remote and in-person IT help desk support by troubleshooting hardware, software, network connectivity, Microsoft 365, and user issues. Responsibilities include device preparation and reimaging, inventory maintenance, documentation, client training, accessibility recommendations, cybersecurity tool support, vendor coordination, and customer follow-up.
