Lead and coach a cohort of New Graduate Tech Development Program participants across rotations. Partner with rotation managers on goals, feedback, performance, and wellbeing. Drive program initiatives including recruitment, engagement, events, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement to ensure a high-quality participant experience and program delivery.

The Legal Claims Assistant II will support the Legal Claims Department by managing files, scheduling legal events, and handling document preparation in a digital environment.

Provide independent insurance defence litigation across property, casualty and accident benefits files. Draft pleadings, affidavits, opinions and hearing materials; conduct discoveries, mediations, LAT hearings, trials and other dispute resolution processes. Collaborate with internal teams, coach colleagues, report on claims with indemnity/expense control focus, and support senior counsel as needed.
