Leads manual and automated testing for complex financial and compliance systems, including test strategy, planning, traceability, execution, defect management, risk mitigation, and process improvement. Collaborates with product, development, business, and finance stakeholders to validate functionality, performance, financial results, and IFRS 17 compliance. Performs SQL-based transactional database analysis and supports robust test coverage and issue resolution.

Participate in a 24-month rotational technology program focused on software development and cloud engineering. Responsibilities include designing and implementing software, deploying and optimizing cloud services, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, collaborating across teams, conducting code reviews, and learning emerging technologies. The role is a permanent, full-time opportunity beginning in May 2027.

Tracks and reconciles real estate project costs against budgets, forecasts, and contracts; develops business cases and financial analyses; supports annual budgeting and variance analysis; builds executive dashboards and KPIs; coordinates capitalization, accruals, invoice coding, and vendor payments; establishes portfolio reporting standards; and prepares presentations for senior leadership and governance committees.
