Integrates, adapts, and publishes digital content and email campaigns for brokers using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Drupal, and Cvent. Develops personalized, segmented, accessible campaigns with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS. Performs quality assurance, A/B testing, content validation, and campaign analysis while ensuring compliance with brand, accessibility, and deliverability standards. Collaborates with marketing, communications, design, and other stakeholders to improve content workflows, templates, tools, and production processes.

Lead enterprise Data, AI, and Generative AI architecture from concept through production. Design scalable, secure cloud-native platforms, AI/ML deployment and governance capabilities, and reusable architecture patterns. Partner with engineering, data, security, product, and business teams to guide complex initiatives, assess technologies, manage risks, and establish standards. Mentor architects and technical leaders while influencing strategic technology decisions across teams.
