Manage assigned system integrator and technology partners across onboarding, lifecycle operations, renewals, and exits. Coordinate partner requests, deal registration, pipeline hygiene, agreements, referral fee tracking, enablement, marketing activities, and performance reporting. Support partner-led go-to-market initiatives and joint revenue growth. Administer SFDC CRM/PRM and partner portals, maintain documentation, and improve program operations through automation and agentic AI. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and Program leadership.

Leads presales activities for insurance software and geospatial analytics solutions, including customer discovery, requirements analysis, personalized demonstrations, presentations, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and competitive materials. Partners with sales, product marketing, cloud operations, and professional services teams. Advises customers on cloud migration and integration requirements, supports implementation transitions, and presents at industry events. Requires substantial insurance-sector expertise, strong communication skills, AI enablement experience, and travel up to 50%.

Manages strategic customer relationships for Insurity’s SaaS insurance products, serving as the primary customer contact and coordinating with internal teams. Responsibilities include onboarding, business reviews, adoption, satisfaction and churn monitoring, escalations, contract compliance, billing accuracy, renewals, upselling, presentations, and customer KPI analysis. The role also manages medium-complexity enhancements, change requests, statements of work, continuous improvement, and team mentorship. Requires customer success experience in SaaS or insurance, national-account experience, strong communication, digital literacy, and less than 10% travel.
