Responsibilities include intake and prioritization, timeline and resource planning, capacity monitoring, freelancer and vendor coordination, stakeholder alignment, status meetings, risk escalation, project management tools, reporting, and process improvement. The role ensures creative deliverables are completed on brief, on time, and on budget in a high-volume environment.

Lead strategy and lifecycle management for the Bath & Body category, driving NPD from concept to commercialization. Manage category roadmaps, KPIs, stage-gate governance, global sourcing (China/Korea), supplier relationships, and mentor product development staff. Present business reviews and integrate data-driven insights to improve margin, speed-to-market, and innovation.
