Manage end-to-end creative studio workflow across brands, channels, and projects. Intake and prioritize requests, build timelines, coordinate creative resources, monitor capacity, manage freelancers and vendors, facilitate status meetings, and communicate project progress. The role also improves studio processes, identifies bottlenecks, and drives efficiency and accountability in a high-volume creative production environment.

Manage end-to-end order-to-cash processes, including order processing, logistics, inventory, invoicing, shipment tracking, production planning, supplier and customer communication, and purchase order accuracy. Develop KPI reports and dashboards, support global trade and system initiatives, monitor inspections, maintain customer portals, and identify process improvements while collaborating with Product Development, Finance, and S&OP teams.
